Letters Received - CS Secretary of War

Does anyone have access to the microfilm records of the Letters Received by the Confederate Secretary of War?

As the National Archives is closed down as well as the Family Research Library in Salt Lake, I cannot find anyone who has access.

Two men - one named Gum, and the other Robison, Robinson, or perhaps Robertson - were executed on August 19, 1862 for desertion in Orange County, Va. Other men were executed at the same time, and there are court-martial records among the Secretary of War letters for them. Perhaps there are for these two.

Thanks in advance.
