I am also looking for information on the 5th. Virginia. My Great, Great Grandfather, Samuel B. Cook served in Company H. Sam is buried in the Confederate Veteran section in Riverview Cemetary in Waynesboro, VA. I have located his enlistment date and location as well as his Pension Application. Through the Pension Application I learned that he was wounded at Kernstown. Have been trying to locate any information and/or unit photos.
