I have a son of Alexander Colbert who was also died in the CW within six months of joining. This one died at Fairfax Courthouse in VA on Sept 26, 1861. An earlier muster roll suggested he was present and sick...so he may have met the same fate of so many of our dear relatives. Do you know where the location of his burial is?
