David Lee Blankinship 25th Cavalry

My great GGG grandfather, David Lee Blankinship served in the Confederate army in Company G, 25th Cavalry Regiment Virginia in 1863. I would be interested in purchasing a book on the 25th Cavalry if any exists. Also any information on that Regiment would be much appreciated. The Lee County genealogical Society had little information other than to say there weren't any major battles in that area of Virginia. I do know he took the oath of allegiance on 22 Jan.1865, at Cumberland Gap, TN.
Thanks, Charleen Irby
