Hello,

A small group of VMI alumni and descendants are trying to locate the graves of all the cadets at Virginia Military Institute who fought in the Battle of New Market. We are working with the archivist at VMI. Our hopes are to to locate and then photograph the graves of all 245 cadets so their graves can be honored on New Market Day.

We are still unable to locate about 30 cadets, altho we do have information on most of them. Please take a look at
