There were two battles of Falling Waters, the first was July 2, 1861 Berkeley County, WV aka Battle of Hainesville or Battle of Hoke's Run. the second was July 6-16, 1863 in Washington County, MD aka the Battle of Wiliamsport or Battle of Hagerstown.
