My UDC chapter is researching 26th Virginia Infantry soldiers for a book we are working on. We are seeking pictures, biographies, letters, family trees, regimental history, etc. or information from descendants of 26th Inf. soldiers.
I am also working on a UDC application for a prospective member. I would like information on Edward Henry Rowe, Achilles, VA of 26th VA Inf., CO. F or Samuel Marion Rowe. I believe Samuel Marion Rowe was also at Elmira Prison. I would appreciate any help with these men.
