I wanted to say it was the only Jewish military cemetery outside of Israel, but wasn't sure; knew I'd it somewhere. The last time I was at Oakwood -- a couuple of years ago -- the Jewish section was in great shape; I should have said that in my post. I suppose there are two Jewish sections, one at Shockhoe and one at Oakwood. Am I correct? I should have known that the Sons were involved. The job at Oakwood is so daunting, so many, many graves, just row upon row. Did I reqad somewhere that the Sons are involved in trying to obtain VA markers for the graves at Oakwood. Keep up the good work!
