Peter H. McCaskill is my GG-grandfather. He was with the Florida 9th infantry. The last accounts I have on him is; He was in Virginia fighting. On or around June 1st 1864 he reported to the hospital sick. That hospital sent him to Howard Grove Hospital. He was released from Howard Grove and the only other mention of him is in his war records where they said he had died in the Hospital Aug. 1st 1864. I have searched all records available on the internet and have had no luck finding the Cementary where he is burried. If anyone can help me with this I would be greatfull.
