Do we have anyone on the message board who lives in Richmond and/or regularly visits the Library of Virginia. I would like to obtain a Confederate pension. The online version is illegible, as are many of them, and copy cost for four (4) pages is $35.00. I can pay about half that much. Not bad for ten (10) minutes work.
