In reply to Art Bergeron query of September 2006 regarding
Georgia battery at "Fort Mahone" the following link reports that this unit was "Patterson's Battery/Battery B"
Georgia Sumpter Artillery Battalion {reference only}.
Only Odd thing is that several of Dead confederates are
reportably artillerymen from their dress-yet havn't found
listing of any casualites of this unit for aptil 1865!
