During absence was detailed, nurse "waiting on sick at Lewisburg (W.Va.) by 10/31/61. Present in unit 12/31/61 and 2/28/62. Wd., "slightly," 3/23/62 Kernstown. Present in unit 6/30/62, 10/31/62 and 1/1/63. Named on unit clothing receipt rolls 3/14/64 and 3/21/64. Wd., penetrating wound of thorax, and captured 5/12/64 near Spotsylvania C.H. Hospitalized, wound, at 3rd Div., 2nd Corps hospital 5/12-16/64. Absent from unit through 10/31/64. No further record.
