Casualty names omitted in the 'Official Records'

Within the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies, Vol. 19, Chap. 31 [http://cdl.library.cornell.edu/cgi-bin/moa/sgml/moa-idx?notisid=ANU4519-0027] are reports by Confederate officers of Gen. Loring's army of Southwestern Virginia describing the campaign against Union forces under Col. Joseph Lightburn in the Kanawha Valley of western Virginia; September 6th - 15th, 1862. [OR, V. XIX, Ch, XXXI, pages 1068 thru 1090]

One of these reports was produced by Surgeon John A. Hunter, medical director for the Dept. of SW Virginia. Dr. Hunter's report [pages 1080 & 1081] describes the "sanitary condition" of the Confederate army and the relatively low number of casualties incurred. On the last page of his report, Dr. Hunter's says "Sunjoined you will find the names of the killed and wounded ... ". However; the OR transcription says "Nominal list omitted. See supplementary return, following."; and instead of Dr. Hunter's list of names, they have included a table of summary casualty counts by regiment [see page 1081].

Does anyone know if Dr. Hunter's original report, with his list of names, still exists. If so, is it possible for me to obtain a copy?

Thanks for any info ...
