I am searching for the commission of US Brig. Gen. William R. Terrill. In the 1950's it was sold for $35 for the Lincoln autograph. In 1984, someone saw the commission in a collection called "autographs of the presidents, x-12". That individual does not recall where or which institution has the collection. Any thoughts?
