Re: Question for Jim Martin Regarding Orders

Ordinarily there were be one line per soldier, each including the soldier's name, rank, unit and whether the soldier was killed, wounded or missing. Sometimes there are additional remarks about the nature of a soldiers wound and (rarely) when and where on the field it was received.

Since so few soldiers are listed on this casualty report, I would expect no more than two or three pages. I'm assuming Jim would treat this like a service file order. To my knowledge we've never had anyone ask for copies from this set of microfilm, so it's not on his current order catalogue.
