I am trying to find more info on Andrew Jackson Gunnoe (Grandson of Capt Ralph Stewart,Revolutionary War hero and purported part subject of the movie "The Patroit" ).I know that he enlisted in the 190th Militia along with his son John. A J then was transferred to the 45th Virginia Infantry as a 2lieut,and somewhere was captured and sent to a P O W camp(have no idea which one) I assume he was paroled and sent home where he was waylaid and murdered by YANQUI sympatheisers, somewhere around Aug 14, 1864 (date on his tombstone).
