I checked the name Seth P Andrews of Virginia on the Civil War Soldiers & Sailors System and it provided two listings for him. One for the 9th Virginia Inf and one for the 12th Virginia Inf. I was able to check out the books for these units from the Virginia Regimental Histories Series, and there is no mention of a Seth Andrews on the roster of the 12th Va included in the book.
