I have to ask, since I really don't know. Regarding the previous topic about Seth P Andrews.... What does 2nd Company H mean. Is it as simple as there was a previous Company H attached to this unit, but for whatever reason that company was transferred to another unit, and the Harrington Blues are the second company with the "H" designation in the 9th Virginia.
