This past week I came across a nice little book [48 pages] by Frederick Bastiat, a Frenchman, written in 1850. While it addresses the revolution in France in 1848, the ideas it expresses is a great way of looking at our own country and the reasons many Southrons reluctantly agreed to secession as the final solution.
