I thought I knew how to do it until I started stepping thru it so I could post the instructions for you. Guess it wasn't as simple as I thought - sorry. I guess there needs to be a memorial page set up for him first before submitting the photo request. (To do this you need to be a member but its a free membership). There is info in the FAQs on there.

Another approach is to look thru the listing to see if there is a contributor that has done a lot of work there and post a message directly to that person. Unfortunately that is pretty tedious and there are a lot of listings for that cemetery so that might not be the approach to take on this one.
