H.G.Singleton Co H 2nd VA CAV

Massanutten Cemetery at Woodstock, Va. has an area containing the graves of 70 soldiers killed in the war. These heros were disinterred from original graves in the area and moved to the cemetery in 1899. Some markers have good details while others have little. Considering the circumstances, there is certainly much erroneous information as has been shown by researchers.

I earlier posted a query on Pvt. A. Lee, Co H, 2nd VA CAV aka Appomattox Rangers. I believe him to be my kinsman, James Albert Lee, age 18, killed Oct. 8,1864 just before the battle of Toms Brook. Also included in the cemetery's listings is one H.G.Singleton Co H 2nd VA CAV. No other info is provided. In the 1860 Appomattox Co. census, the only male Singleton of military age is John H. Singleton. Can anyone help to further identify him.
