Looks like "Evans and Cogswell",Columbia S.C. is imprinted very small. Ther are seven Four Dollar coupons still attached with varied maturity dates from July 1, 1865 to July 1, 1868. says Eight Percent and has a mans image in the upper center. Thank you for the help. M.
