It's The Immortal Six Hundred. A group of mostly Confederate officers who were imprisoned at Fort Pulaski during the winter of 64-65. The were put on starvation rations and deprived of warm clothing, blankets, and fire wood in their camps. Thirteen died and were buried outside the fort. You can do a google search and find thousands of sites with info.
