Jeff, Ezekiel was my 1st cousin three times removed. Ezekiel's parents were Jesse Martin and Elizabeth Franklin. His dad was brother to my 2nd great grandfather Henry Martin. Captain Ezekiel was wounded twice at the Battle of Droop Mountain in Pocahontas County, WV. Ezekiel is buried at the Martin Cemetery at Eldora, just fifteen minutes from where I live.
