Hello,
I've been researching Jane Perkins of the Danville Light Art. She is listed in the 1860 census as living in the Danville area. She was sent to Pt. Lookout Pow Camp in May1864. I have all of her records from Pt. Lookout. I was wondering if anyone else had any information about Jane. She was born in Ireland. The last document of Private Jane Perkins shows her release at Fortess Monroe in early March 1865.
