I purchased some items as a set off eBay recently. One of the covers is addressed to Ambler Moncure. There are a few items in this set. Couple of bullets, small cannon metal hat insignia, cover letter envelope and a sword knot/sash. After some research I found that this exact particular design sword knot is that of a confederate staff and field officer. This set must be of the father Marshall sent to Ambler Moncure.
