September 12, 1862, transferred to Chimborazo Hospital, Richmond the next day, on Guard Duty, Brigade HQ, December 12, 1863, January 7, 1864, receipted for an issue of clothing June 1, 1864, killed July 11, 1864, Petersburg Trenches,
