The best source for images of War Between the States soldiers is the magazine "Military Images". Published 6 times a year since 1979, that would be about 204 issues. I counted 70 images in one issue. 70 times 204 issues comes to around 14,000 images. I have every copy, so I checked the index for units. They have never published an image from the VA 9th Cavalry, or from the 59th VA Infantry. MI has published two images from the 13th Mississippi Vols, that of brothers in Company E. This info might give you an idea just how rare an identified WBTS image is.
