I have four graves on my property here in Tennessee, two of Civil War era, but so far not proven as being in either CSA or USA. It isn't on my deed, but as I understand it, anyone or relative wishing to visit has the right to do so. There have been relatives from as far as California that have paid their respects to their Grandparents and others from nearby that are quite aware of the location of their ancestors and do visit. I as the land owner have them in my care and I do care, as we all know, if we who still walk and talk don't care, then history goes by the wayside.
