I am researching Alexander Hill James and an older brother, Jasper E. James who enlisted in Bibb Co. AL and were in the 20th Inf. I believe one of them at one time may have been captured in a battle, put in prison and then escaped. Does anyone have access to information about them? Patsy Shelby
