Larry, as noted, you will find plenty of references to the parole camp in Demopolis in the Confederate Correspondence of the O.R.'s,(most of the after-Vicksburg action reports were written from Demopolis) but not much about day to day activities of the camp, except in diary and journal entries; most of these, of course are not publically available.
