The book "The Flags of Civil War Alabama" by Glenn Dedmondt
does not show a flag for the 2nd AL Cav. It does show flags for the 1st and 3rd Al Cav. I have done some preliminary research on this issue and have not been able to find a depiction of the 2nd's flag.
