I know that this is no real help, but sometime recently I attempted to do some internet research on a Confederate soldier named William Higgins. I can't remember the context of that research, though. The reason that I recall it is that the search engine kept pulling up information on Lt. Col. William Higgins, who was assigned to a European U.N. command in 1988. I never could figure out how to keep the search from pulling him up, and it was giving me too many sites to review because of him. Maybe I'll think of why I was researching him.
