Does anyone have any information they would like to share on an Alabama unit that might have winter camped in the vicinity of Negro Run in Fauquier( pronounced Faw-keer) county after the battle of 1st or 2nd Manassas? I thought it was the 6th, but I vistited that web site and saw that they were at Davis Ford. Were all companies of the 6th on the Occaquan? Thanks in advance. DA
