To my knowledge, no example of that flag has survived. Since the regiment served with one of Breckinridge's Kentucky Brigade during the summer of 1862, it was probably issued a flag like the others issued to the Reserve Corps at Corinth MS. These have a blue, a red cross with white stars along the cross. An example may be found here:

During the Atlanta Campaign, the regimental flag would have looked like this example from Memorial Hall in New Orleans. If you read the associated article, you'll note that this flag may indeed have belonged to an Alabama unit. Here's a previous message board response on that subject:
