Looking for information on D.R.W. McRae. He was the father of Confederate General Dandridge McRae. D.R.W. was in the Alabama legislature and I've looked on the Alabama legislature's website but their information on past legislators has been "under construction" for several years. He supposedly died in a cholera epidemic about 1848. Would appreciate any leads.
