Capt, John Crozier Barton

Any help on John Crozier Barton this is what I have b/ 16 Oct. 1839 Alabama d/ oct. 1867 from notes in the newspaper I have him as
Capt., was in Sterling Prices Cav. in Missouri, he was wounded for some time and returned to service till the end of the war. His home
was Tuscumbia Alabama brother of Clark T ( Veto )Barton C.S.A., sister Kate Barton who married of Col. William A. Johnson C.S.A.
j.c. bARTON D/ Oct. 1867 buried Oakwood Cem. Tuscumbia
I need military service records, enlistment, when and where wounded, discharged and rank if not Capt.
