Isaac Edwards possible wrong Vet Marker?

Hello to All

Recently I was in Hopewell Cemetery, in Hanceville, Cullman Co Al, and I seen this man's grave marker, which showed he was a private in the 29th Al inf. Isaac is a distant relative by marriage, he was born in Blount Co., in 1825, married Repsey Ann Miller in 1847 in Blount Co Ala, and was a resident of Blount his entire life he passed in 1901.
Anyway I was searching the ADAH, and it seems the Isaac Edwards who was in the 29th Inf, was from Randolph Co and was on the 1921 Confederate Census, living in the Bibb Co area. His family also received a 5 dollar a year pension for wounds received in the Atlanta Campaign? The ADAH shows he enlisted in 1861 but the CWSS shows an Isaac in the Talledega Camp of Instruction?
So now I am curious can anyone help me figure out, if this is really 2 different men and what if any service, did the Blount Co. Isaac Edwards have, and is his Confederate Veteran marker wrong?

Thanks
