James, I have found one Hiram J. Taylor, Pvt. Company B, 34th Alabama Regt. Inf. buried in Rose Hill Cemetery in Tallassee, AL., his grave can be found at GPS Coord: N32 32.974 W085 53.833. The following information was taken from his pension file in Elmore County Court House: Hiram J. Taylor Enl: Pvt. Enl in: Tuskegee, AL. 1862, Applied for Confederate Pension at age 62, pension was granted. Hiram J. Taylor was born Sept. 18, 1835, died Nov. 9, 1902. I did see one document that had him in Company A, 34th Alabama.
