For Mike Krisman; Hi Mike, When Rodes attacked at Chancellorsville on May 2 where was the 3rd Alabama? Great grand uncle, Sgt. R. H. Haynes, of the 3rd Alabama, was admitted to Chinborazo Hospital No 4 on May 6 with a gunshot wound. If Sgt. Haynes was wounded on May 2,could it have taken three or four days to transport him to Richmond? Thanks, Bill Haynes
