Does anyone have information on the duties of the 17th Alabama Infantry Regiment? My mother's great, great grandfather was Dr. Wiley E. White and he was conscripted into the C.S.A. I would like to get more information about him. His ADAH record says Randolph which I guess is the couunty. Thank you.
