Re: Joseph W. Cook of Helena, AK

Frank: He's buried about twenty feet from Gen. Patrick Cleburne's monument (not the same as his actual grave marker) in the beautiful Confederate Cemetery that sits atop the hill at the Helena city cemetery. I don't have the name of either cemetery with me as I write this. Sorry. However, if anyone reading this has never visited this extraordinary little Confederate cemetery, please do so ASAP, as it's a jewel! It's high above the city cemetery, and, from its crown, you can see the Mississippi River in the hazy distance. It's a moving and captivating place! Thanks, again, Frank! -- Jim Huffman, 43rd MS Inf.
