Burial site for soldiers who died of Yellow Fever

My great grandfather remained on active duty after the Civil War with the 3rd Regiment Colored Infantry in the area of Duvall Bluff, Ark as either a Lt. or a Capt. He died of Yellow Fever on 6 Jul 1867. I have been told he was buried in "Soldiers' Cemetery in or near Little Rock but have been unable to find any record. Can anyone help me find him? Thanks, JC
