Book question

I saw on the camp pope website that there has been a new book published on the Red river campaign: "Through the howling wilderness:The red river campaign and the union failure in the west" by Gary Joiner ("One damn blunder from beginning to end..." I have read most of the major works on the red river campaign: Johnson,Bearss,Brooksher,Forsyth,Ayres, and was wondering if any one had read this latest book and if it offers anything new. There was no review on the camp pope site so before I spent $39.95 I'd thought I'd ask for thoughts on this book.

Thank-you in advance,
Doug Bright
