I am trying to find what outfit, if any, to which Francis W. Ussery of Desha County might have been attached, and his possible fate. I have him on record as being married in 1860 in Desha County, but then he disappears from all record. Perhaps he was killed or died of illness during the war? Thank you in advance for any help.
