Stephen, I wish someone would write a book on Arkansas regiments. Art Bergeron's Guide to Louisiana Confederate Military Units is an excellent example of what such a book should be. Jim McGehee is currently working on a similar book on Missouri Confederate units. Also, there are some earlier books on Alabama and Mississippi Confederate units. Arkansas really needs one, too.
