Doyle, thank you. You have given me some ideas to work from. I did get the summons papers from National Archives at Ft. Worth for his arrest for treason in 1866. I also got the results of the Grand Jury, they just let him go and did not take him to trial because he fit under the broad forgiveness act to the Confederates by the President of the USA right after the Civil War.
