This does sound like my Robert Hutchison and his brother Henry, however I do believe he either died or was killed in the war. His wife Julia Rubison Hutchison remarried on 10-1-1865 and had other children. She filed an application for a pension for her son Robert R. Hutchison in 1897. Will try to get more information.
