Returns are available for the District of Columbia(Lincoln Post #3), fragments of states alphabetically from CA through KS, part of Kentucky, states alphabetically from LA through WY, OK and I.T., and veterans or widows on naval vessels and in naval yards. The CA-KS fragment cover about 220 servicemen from these localities:
