FREEDMAN'S BUREAU RECORDS (FIELD OFFICE RECORDS, MONTICELLO, ARKANSAS)

(SMITH, MILLER, HURRICANE, AND REDLAND TOWNSHIPS, BRADLEY COUNTY, ARKANSAS)

... and, until you all explained it, I was going crazy trying to figure out what the Freedman's Bureau had to do with this situation.
